Accreditations

An NSI Gold standard company

TSI holds the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold certification standard.

This guarantees that our security installations meet the highest technical, quality, business performance and customer care standards in the industry, including those required by the police, fire service and insurance providers.

NSI Gold status underlines our track record of reliable, stable company performance and confirms that we meet industry-specific ISO 9001:2008 quality standards, as well as all appropriate British and European standards for our products and services.

We design systems that will deter potential thieves or vandals. Provide round-the-clock support and maintenance with a 4-hour callout window. Our highly-trained staff are closely supervised and security screened to British Standard 7858:2006.

We are comprehensively insured and NSI inspected (including random site visits) by professional auditors, which take place every six months.

SAFEcontractor approved providers

We comply with all relevant health and safety standards in our security planning, installation and maintenance; actively minimising risk to customers, staff and the general public. To achieve SAFEcontractor accreditation, companies undergo safety vetting and must show a strong track record and ongoing commitment to safe practise.
