At TSI, we take aftersales service seriously. Following installation, our engineers will train your staff in both day-to-day and advanced system features, to ensure you get the most out of your security installation.

Choose from three ongoing service and maintenance packages, designed to meet the needs of your business now and in the future.

Our bronze standard includes:

  • Free access to service helpdesk during normal working hours.
  • Service and maintenance visits charged at TSI's rate card costs (we'll make sure you have a copy before you buy).

The silver standard includes:

  • Round the clock telephone support, 24/7.
  • Maintenance visits once or twice yearly, depending on the product.
  • Service visits at additional rate card costs.

TSI gold standard includes:

  • Round the clock telephone support, 24/7.
  • Maintenance visits once or twice yearly, depending on the product.
  • All service calls, including parts and labour costs within agreed SLA.
