We're here if and when you need us.

Even the best systems sometimes go wrong. Usually, it's the result of human error. Whatever the cause, TSI will act swiftly to understand the issue and put things right.

You can call our experienced customer service team anytime, who will ask you a few questions over the phone to see if they can help you to fix things there and then.

Engineer callouts

If a callout is needed, we will have an engineer visit according to the urgency of the problem and in line with your service level agreement.

Once on-site, our service engineer will diagnose the problem and repair the fault - usually immediately, thanks to the wide range of spares carried on our vehicles.

If the fault is due to human error, we will explain what has happened and give on-the-spot training as needed.

Scheduled maintenance visits

We'll be in touch before your routine service becomes due, to arrange a convenient time.
Our engineer will visit, test and clean your system and leave a record of what they've done and any notable findings on-site.

If the service visit highlights a wider issue or risk, we'll let you know straightaway. If it's not something covered by your warranty, we'll give you a quotation for system repair or recommended adaptations.
