If a fit out company ever gets a last minute request for help security or they need a security installation quote, for a security system, whether that be access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, all we would really need is a simple layout drawing similar to something like this. I would then mark up each discipline on there, camera locations, detector locations and so forth. Work out a price based on those drawings and get a detailed quote sent over and yeah that’s it. It’s ready to be sent to the client and I could probably do that within 24 hours.
