Jason, how do we handle each stage of a fit-out project?
Well, obviously each fit-out is different.
The job is mainly controlled by our installations manager in the office and also our senior engineer onsite, and then we would liaise with the fit out companies to make sure we’re in at the right times to carry out the first and second fix and assist where needed.
